How an order runs
- Inquiry – Manufacturer, part number, quantity and destination via form, email or WhatsApp. BOMs as Excel or PDF.
- Quotation within two hours – Price, lead time, customs tariff number and Incoterm. Up to two business days for discontinued types because we check several sources.
- Order and payment – New customers by prepayment, regular customers on invoice. Order confirmation with every line item.
- Goods receipt and dispatch – Inspection in the Berlin warehouse, dispatch the next business day. Export declaration the next day in-house.
- Documents and tracking – Invoice, packing list and tracking number by email. One contact until delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge German VAT on deliveries to Austria or Poland?
No, provided you give a valid VAT ID. The delivery is then an intra-EU supply free of German VAT and you account for VAT in the receiving country (reverse charge).
How does a delivery to Switzerland work?
Like an export to a third country: we prepare the export declaration in-house and the invoice shows the tariff number and country of origin. Swiss import charges are settled by your forwarder or customs agent unless we agree DDP.
Do you also deliver to the United Kingdom?
Yes. Since Brexit the UK counts as a third country; we deliver with an export declaration and complete customs documents.
Can you combine parts from several manufacturers in one shipment?
Yes, that is the normal case. You receive one invoice, one parcel or pallet and one contact for all line items.
