Which details do you need for the invoice?
Company name and address, IEC (Importer Exporter Code), GSTIN, delivery address and the name of your customs agent if they handle the import. With these we prepare the proforma and commercial invoice.
Do you ship small quantities to India?
Yes, with no minimum order value; shipping is calculated by weight and courier. For single parts we recommend express courier.
Are the parts genuine manufacturer goods?
Yes. We supply new goods from the manufacturer or its authorised distribution, with the manufacturer order number on the invoice. Twelve months warranty on new goods.
Can you include a certificate of origin?
Yes, on request through the Berlin Chamber of Commerce (IHK). Please mention it in your inquiry.
