How an order runs
- Inquiry – Manufacturer, part number, quantity and destination via form, email or WhatsApp. BOMs as Excel or PDF.
- Quotation within two hours – Price, lead time, customs tariff number and Incoterm. Up to two business days for discontinued types because we check several sources.
- Order and payment – New customers by prepayment, regular customers on invoice. Order confirmation with every line item.
- Goods receipt and dispatch – Inspection in the Berlin warehouse, dispatch the next business day. Export declaration the next day in-house.
- Documents and tracking – Invoice, packing list and tracking number by email. One contact until delivery.

Are the parts identical to the US versions?
We supply the European manufacturer version with the part number stated in your inquiry. Whether a European variant (e.g. 230 V, CE) is permitted in your plant is checked by your engineer; we provide the data sheet and declaration of conformity.
Who pays US customs duties?
With FCA or DAP the importer, i.e. your company or your customs broker. With DDP we handle duties and clearance and invoice them.
Can I order on account?
For companies in the USA delivery on account is possible after verification. For the first order we usually ask for prepayment.
How fast do the parts reach the plant?
Dispatch from Berlin the next business day after goods receipt. Transit depends on the chosen courier and import clearance; we state it in the quotation.
